Tap on 'Federal Bank A/c' under the 'My Accounts' section

Select the ‘Forgot UPI PIN’ option and tap on Reset Now.
Enter the six-digit OTP you’ll receive via SMS in the space above.
Enter your four-digit debit card PIN in the space below.

Enter your new four-digit UPI PIN when prompted and you're done!
