Access Federal Bank's portal

• Go to Federal Bank's portal & log in with your registered mobile no.
• Add the country code +91 ahead of your no.
• Enter the OTP & Captcha Code

Mandate Cancellation

• Now, select 'Cancel NACH Mandate'
• Choose an existing Mandate
• Tap 'Cancel Mandate' & confirm with OTP

Regulatory Confirmation

• All cancellation requests get sent to NPCI
• After NPCI approval, it gets cancelled
