Tap on ‘Get Statement’ and hit ‘Send Email’; that’s it! You’ll get your statement in your inbox.

To customise your statement's period, select the duration.

The password for opening your statement is the first 4 letters of your name, followed by your birthday.

If your name is Saran, born on 12th Dec 1990, your password is as below:

Getting a signed physical account statement

Contact our super-helpful Fi Care team to ask for a signed statement.

We're available 24x7 on the in-app chat, or you can call us at 080-47485490. We’ll send it over to your registered address.

Things to know about signed statements

• We can send one free signed statement per month

• For more than one per month, there’s a ₹100 fee + 18% GST

• There’s an additional ₹100 charge for every 40 listed transactions
